Wig Return & Exchange Policy

We value our customers and want you to feel confident in your purchase. To maintain hygiene standards and protect product quality, we have a strict return and exchange policy.

✅ Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
    • Wigs must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
    • Tags and product images must remain intact.
    • Wigs must be returned in their original packaging, including hairnets, inserts, and labels.
    • Lace must remain uncut and untouched.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Wigs that have been washed, bleached, straightened, curled, altered from original style or chemically treated.
    • Wigs showing signs of damage, tampering, or styling.
    • Items returned without original packaging or missing tags.
    • Clearance or promotional items.

💰 Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds will be organised on a case-by-case basis after inspection.
    • Refunds for change of mind purchases will be issued as store credit only if requested prior to shipping.
    • Once the order has been shipped, change of mind refunds will not be accepted.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was damaged during delivery.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Eligible wigs may be exchanged for another style or length of equal or greater value (price difference applies).
    • One exchange per order is permitted.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect wig, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Care team on info@deebeautybloom.com.au.
    2. Securely package the wig with all original materials.
    3. Ship to the address provided
    Once inspected, we will process your store credit, exchange, or case-by-case refund.
