Wig Return & Exchange Policy
We value our customers and want you to feel confident in your purchase. To maintain hygiene standards and protect product quality, we have a strict return and exchange policy.
✅ Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Wigs must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Tags and product images must remain intact.
• Wigs must be returned in their original packaging, including hairnets, inserts, and labels.
• Lace must remain uncut and untouched.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Wigs that have been washed, bleached, straightened, curled, altered from original style or chemically treated.
• Wigs showing signs of damage, tampering, or styling.
• Items returned without original packaging or missing tags.
• Clearance or promotional items.
💰 Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds will be organised on a case-by-case basis after inspection.
• Refunds for change of mind purchases will be issued as store credit only if requested prior to shipping.
• Once the order has been shipped, change of mind refunds will not be accepted.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was damaged during delivery.
🔄 Exchanges
- Eligible wigs may be exchanged for another style or length of equal or greater value (price difference applies).
• One exchange per order is permitted.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect wig, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

3. Ship to the address provided
Once inspected, we will process your store credit, exchange, or case-by-case refund.
